Return Policy

Returns fall into 3 catagories - New returns, Defective returns, and Core returns for remanufactured products.

NEW RETURNS:
If you want to send a new part back within 30 days of your dated receipt, please ship it to us pre-paid & insured with a copy of your invoice & we will credit you in the same way you paid for it. (Check, credit card, money order, etc.) All parts must be returned in the manufacturer's original box. We are not able to credit new returns after 30 days.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS:
If you think you have a defective part, please call us before you ship it back. Many times, we can give you some information about the part that will make your job easier and save you the time and trouble of sending a good product back to us. If, after talking to us, the part still does not do its job, please send the defective part to us insured and freight collect and we will pay for UPS regular land shipping. All parts must be returned in the manufacturer's original box and you must include a copy of your invoice in the shipment. We will send you another part to replace the bad one or credit you in the same way you paid for it (Check, credit card, money order, etc.) We extend each manufacturer's time and/or milege warranties to you.

CORE RETURNS:
If you have purchased a factory remanufactured part from us & have the old part (core) ready to send back to us. Please ship it insured and pre paid and we will credit you in the same way you paid for it (Check, credit card, money order, etc.) All parts must be returned in original manufacturer's box & you must include a copy of your invoice in the shipment. Please make sure that the old part (core) is rebuildable. It may not be rebuildable if it has a cracked casting or missing parts or has been somehow damaged. If you are not sure, call or e-mail us and we can tell you if it is rebuildable or not.
